Warped Lich

Warped Liches are rare and powerful stationary enemies that can be found in Warp Space.

"'Twas the thirst for knowledge that drove them to this wretched place, these sorcerors from all corners of Tamriel, in search of the power that lay behind the mysterious enigma of time - the dreaded Numidium. And as they delved deeper into the abyss, they sought to harness and wield its raw creatia, blinded by their own arrogance and folly. Little did they know, it was not their thirst that would be quenched, but rather their sanity that would be drained dry. They were consumed by newfound knowledge, their souls entrapped within the very substance they sought to control. And so they remain, their consciousness forever locked within a shell of raw creatia, the mind all-knowing yet immobile, the body nothing but a rotting carcass. Such is the price of hubris, of delving too deep into the mysteries of the universe. "

Warped soldiers (and other warped creatures) will attack anything that attempts to close the time-loop caused by the destruction that Numidium had wrought.
