Hraggstad is a fishing village located in the northeastern corner of Falkheim, by the foot of the Kilkreath Mountains. It is named after The Old Man of Hragg, a natural stone formation to the northeast of the village. It is ruled by Jarl Joffne, vassal to the throne of Haafingar. Formerly it was ruled by a Thane in service to Falkirstad. It is the only permanent settlement in Falkheim. The village has a tavern, a general trader, a smith and a shrine dedicated to the Nordic god Tsun. The village supplies Haafingar with salted cod.
The Imperial Navy fortress of Fort Northwatch is located to the north of the city.
